Using Our Service

By accessing or using Aimed Careers, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

For Job Seekers

• Browsing and applying to jobs is free
• We do not guarantee responses, interviews, or job offers
• Hiring decisions are made solely by employers

For Employers

• Employers must pay to post job listings
• We may reject, edit, or remove listings at our discretion

Employer Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy and completeness of job information
• Compliance with employment, labor, and anti-discrimination laws
• Representing legitimate job opportunities

Job Listing Duration

Job listings remain active on Aimed Careers for the duration of your active subscription and only as long as the job remains publicly available on your company’s career portal.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any job posting that:

• Contains misleading or false information
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Is not a legitimate employment opportunity
• Includes discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content

**Note:** Aimed Careers does not verify employers, job offers, or AI product claims.

Healthcare & AI Disclaimer

Aimed Careers does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment.

We do not assess or guarantee:

• Clinical validity of AI systems
• Regulatory compliance (FDA, CE, MDR, etc.)
• Safety or effectiveness of healthcare technologies

All responsibility lies with employers and job seekers.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Whop.
• Prices may change at any time and are shown at checkout.
• Refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Aimed Careers does not store payment card details

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Limitation of Liability

To the full extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in no event shall Aimed Careers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Aimed Careers has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of or in connection with:

• Aimed Careers or this Agreement or the inability to use the Service (however arising, including our negligence);

• statements or conduct of or transactions with any member or third party on the Service;

• your use of Aimed Careers, including reliance on job listings, employer information, or any healthcare-related AI content; or

• any other matter relating to Aimed Careers.

Our liability to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount of fees, if any, you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the action that may give rise to liability.
