Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Aimed Careers. As a specialized job board serving employers in AI, healthcare, and life sciences, our platform provides immediate digital visibility and automated distribution. For this reason, we operate under the refund policy outlined below.

General Policy

All transactions are final and non-refundable. Job postings are classified as digital services. Aimed Careers provides instant access to digital content and begins service delivery immediately upon purchase - once payment is processed, our systems allocate resources to host, index, review, and distribute your listing(s). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund.

Service Commencement

By clicking "Subscribe," you expressly request that service begin immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory cancellation period that may otherwise apply.

Plan Details

Your subscription covers the following based on your chosen plan:

  • Monthly Plan: Unlimited AI Jobs with ATS Sync (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, etc.), Zero Manual Effort, Matching Job Portal Duration. Cancel anytime; no refund for the current billing month.
  • Annual Plan: Same features as Monthly. Full year billed upfront. No pro-rated refunds for early cancellation.

How Job Listings Work

Aimed Careers features AI-related job opportunities in the healthcare and medical sectors, including roles in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, and related fields. Only listings that fall within these categories are eligible for syndication on our platform. Eligible jobs are automatically synced from your company's career portal (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, etc.). We do not manually create or edit listings; they are pulled directly from your ATS/career page. An eligible listing remains visible on Aimed Careers for the duration of your active subscription and only as long as the job remains publicly available on your company's career portal. If a job is removed, filled, or unpublished from your career portal, it will automatically be taken down from our platform regardless of remaining subscription time. If you notice a job from your career portal that is missing from our platform, or if you would like to suggest a listing you believe should be featured, please reach out to us at support@aimedcareers.com. We'll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Early Closure of Job Listings

Because listings are portal-synced and visibility depends on both your subscription and your career portal status, the following applies:

  • You may remove the listing from your career portal at any time.
  • No pro-rated refunds or unused-time credits will be issued if a listing ends early due to the role being filled or removed from your portal.
  • Monthly subscribers: Removing a listing from your portal does not pause or credit your monthly billing cycle.
  • Annual subscribers: Removing a listing from your portal does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining annual subscription period.
  • Missing listings: If a job from your career portal is not appearing on Aimed Careers, this does not constitute a service failure and does not qualify for a refund or credit. Aimed Careers is the sole authority to determine whether a job listing is eligible for placement on our platform. Please contact support@aimedcareers.com and we will review eligibility and respond promptly.

No Guarantee of Hiring Outcomes

Aimed Careers provides a visibility and distribution platform only. We do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of views, clicks, or applications
  • Candidate quality, suitability, or hiring outcomes

Accordingly, refunds or credits will not be issued due to:

  • Low applicant volume
  • Perceived lack of qualified candidates
  • Hiring decisions made through other recruitment channels

Limited Exceptions

At our discretion, Aimed Careers may issue account credit (not a monetary refund) in the following verified circumstances:

  • Platform Service Failures: If Aimed Careers experiences technical failures that prevent your listing from being published or distributed as promised for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund or extension of the posting period.
  • Duplicate Charges: A technical error resulted in multiple charges for the same transaction or listing

No credit or refund will be issued for listings removed due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage employers to contact support@aimedcareers.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact:

  • Access to the associated account may be suspended
  • Active or pending job listings may be removed
  • We reserve the right to provide transaction records to the payment provider

Pre-Purchase Checklist

Before completing payment, please ensure that:

  • Job details, compensation information, and contact links are correct
  • The role is approved for hiring within your organization
  • You are prepared for the listing to go live immediately
  • You have selected the correct plan (Monthly or Annual), as plan changes do not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Consumer Rights Notice

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, European Union, or United Kingdom.
